Wedding Coordination and Planning Assistance

Includes a virtual meeting every month as you plan your wedding, starting as soon as you hire us. Plus 2 meetings during the 30 days before the wedding.

We use these meetings to make sure you are on track with your planning. We will talk about what you have done since we last talked, and what you need to focus on in the month ahead.

This approach will help keep you from being overwhelmed during the planning process, as you only need to think about a few things at a time.

We will join you, if requested, for any virtual meetings you have with any of your other vendors.

This will help you make sure all the questions have been asked, and nothing gets forgotten

A site visit a minimum of 30 days before the event. If the Venue requires this meeting with the couple, we will attend with you. If they don’t, we will schedule one for ourselves.

We will help you complete the wedding day timeline and distribute it to all vendors.

We will be involved in all communication with all your vendors during the last 30 days prior to your wedding, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

We will run the rehearsal, ensuring it goes quickly and smoothly and everyone knows where they should be.

On the wedding day, we will be first on-site to greet and coordinate everyone involved. We will also be among the last to leave, ensuring all the guests have left and any cleanup required by the venue is complete.

In terms of decor and setup:

We will talk with the couple beforehand to ensure we understand their desires and vision for how things should look.

We will take charge of any decor the couple brings during the rehearsal, ensuring that it is on the premises for setup.

We will take charge of the setup process, coordinating between all parties involved to ensure setup is done quickly and without issues.

Coordination of everything on the day of the wedding. ensuring that if problems arise, they are taken care of promptly and without involving the couple unless absolutely needed.

A “Wedding Emergencies Kit” will be close on hand.

Kit includes, but is not limited to, a sewing kit, 1st aid kit, essential beauty items, basic hygiene items, craft supplies for decorating, and pre-wedding snacks and water for the Bridal Party.
